Return Policy
You have 30 days after your items arrive to initiate a return. To initiate a return, please contact hello@byeilly.com. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached. When mailing back, please consider re-using the packaging that the items arrived in.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Please note that we do not provide free return shipping labels - we are very conscious of our carbon footprint and these charges help to offset our environmental impact. Thank you for your support.
Fabscrap
Fabscrap is a convenient and transparent recycling and reuse service, an affordable and accessible materials resource, and is educating and empowering a diverse community of changemakers. Coton is not able to use every piece of scrap we acquire, as some are too small to be repurposed, so we maintain Zero Waste operations by partnering with Fabscrap to upcycle and recycle the materials which we cannot do ourselves. EcoEnclose
EcoEnclose prioritizes packaging that is made with as much recycled content as humanly possible, with an emphasis on post-consumer waste. Prioritizing the use of materials that are as easily recyclable as possible, they focus on those that can be recycled back into themselves (versus downcycled into a lower value item). EcoEnclose invests in constantly developing naturally biodegradable solutions that will not contribute to plastic pollution in our oceans and lands.
